Obamafy Yourself

E.VIL NYC is proud to officially announce the Barack The Vote campaign. Some have said that Barack Obama faces some challenges due to his unique name. Some of our citizens (D. & Soulphonic) are big fans of Obama, and they came up with the phrase “Obamafy” to make his image even more memorable.

“Obama is a unique candidate for our highest office,” commented Soulphonic. “I’ve never really been drawn to politics during my life. I think many 20-somethings would agree. I’ve never really respected any presidential candidates in the past 20 years. They all seemed like they were from some intangible distant place, and never seemed like people who have been through the sort of trouble that my friends and I experience everyday,” he continued.

“Barack is different, because I can completely appreciate that he has had to struggle more than me in his day to day life. I mean this man is not really accepted 100% by any one group – of any color. He has succeeded in life regardless of his race and his acceptance by others. And for that, he deserves my attention and my consideration!

“Our nation is severely fractured. If we do not get a leader that we can trust and listen to in the White House, our nation will become an every-person-for-his/her-self movie cliché. It just breaks my heart to think of the great America turning into such a disappointment,” finished Soulphonic.

“We were hoping that we could truly help Barack out in his campaign by raising awareness through cool t-shirts,” commented D. “The goal is to make people more accepting and familiar with a different type of candidate like Obama. Nothing is more effective than direct person-to-person communication. Imagine if these kick-ass t-shirts became a “fashion” trend in the red states!” she exclaimed.

“He’s the only candidate that I really want to meet,” explained Soulphonic. “I usually follow the beat of my own drum, but when Obama speaks…I listen.”

E.VIL NYC is proud to support D. and Soulphonic in their love of Barack Obama. We also are developing other political merchandise campaigns through our network of artists for other candidates in this monumental Presidential election.

50% of the proceeds from the sale of Obamafy gear will be donated to the Obama campaign. The other 50% will be paid to the E.VIL NYC citizens who created the designs. This way everything is fair and democratic.

Finally fairness matters! Oh yeah, and finally politics are cool again!
